Room was cold and damp, and the lock was broken. Had to change rooms three times and still wasn’t satisfied. Staff was friendly but the check-in was weird. Coffee didn’t match the brewer, and my room wasn’t clean. There were random folks smoking outside too, which wasn’t ideal. Glad there were cookies upon arrival, though!
